The FFR Fundraising Accelerator is an 8-week intensive programme of weekly sessions. It’s designed to equip startups with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to fundraise successfully, combining virtual sessions with practical frameworks and hands-on exercises. Upon graduation, you will be invited to join the RAISE CIRCLE which includes:

Eligibility requirements: the programme is for founders who are currently raising, or planning to raise within the next three months. Participating businesses must be investable, with a pitch deck in place and, where eligible, SEIS/EIS advance assurance secured.

Weekly Modules

Module 1 - Purpose, Mission, Vision, Position (PMVP)

Kick off with a programme overview, then dive into the foundations of your business identity. You’ll craft your Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Position, the bedrock of your pitch, brand, and growth strategy. We’ll explore how PMVP shapes everything from pitch decks and sales to hiring and product development.

Module 2 - PMVP Refinement and Funding types

Refine your PMVP with peer feedback and external expert input. We’ll also explore different funding types: VCs, angels, grants, philanthropy, family offices and how to assess what’s right for your business.

Module 3 - Pitch Deck Essentials

Learn how to craft a compelling pitch deck. We’ll cover key structures, storytelling techniques, and break down real-world examples of successful decks.

Module 4 - Pitch Assets - Deal structures, cap tables, data rooms, FAQs, business modelling

Understand the must-have assets that support your pitch. From building your data room to cap tables, business modelling, FAQs, and deal structure basics, this is everything investors expect behind the slides.

Module 5 - Pitch Practice with Dan and Peers

Three founders will pitch live to the cohort for real-time feedback from a panel. Afterward, everyone will practice pitching in peer groups and get constructive feedback to sharpen their delivery.

Module 6 - Pitch to Investors! Dragons Den x 3 rooms

Nine founders will pitch live to a panel of investors in three rooms. You’ll receive direct feedback and insights, plus peer group pitch practice to keep building your confidence.

Module 7 - Strategic Outreach, DBs, Sequencing & Outreach Emails

Master the art of investor outreach. Learn how to build and manage a pipeline, plan outreach sequences, and write compelling cold and warm emails that get replies.
