Our Guiding Principle: Radical Generosity
Welcome to the B2B Chapter.
We are a community built on a single, powerful premise: the most effective way to grow our own businesses is to help others grow theirs. This chapter is designed for founders who want to build a powerful pipeline through authentic relationships, referrals, and partnerships.
Showing up in a "How can I help you?" instead of “How can you help me?” mindset.
These guidelines are our shared commitment to creating a high-trust, high-value environment where every member can thrive professionally.

Respecting Our WhatsApp Channels (How to Avoid Overwhelm)
To ensure conversations are easy to follow and everyone gets the most value, please use our WhatsApp channels for their specific purpose.
- B2B Chat: This is the general chat to get to know each other, introduce yourself and connect. Share a little about who you are, what brings you here and anything else you’d like to know! Share your wins big and small - lets celebrate!
- Promos and Links: A space to promote your business - events and resources. Please promote each offering only once and post only your own content (not others' from outside the group).
- Referrals + Opportunities: A dedicated space for members to ask for what they need or offer their services to other founders. It's kept as a separate chat to ensure these requests don't get lost in the other chats. No general chat or promotions here please.
- Content Sharing: Share content from any platform on Mondays and Wednesdays only. The purpose is to boost female founder voices and networking. Post once, engage with 3 others first, and give hearts to those you've engaged with. Mix it up each time.
Share and engage with a generous mindset, and please don't share any links to these chats outside of the chapter.
Keep conversations in the right channel. This is the most important way we can respect each other's time and attention.
